Roman Volkov built the “Sundry - Track Anything” app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Roman Volkov at no cost and is intended for use as is.
Sundry is a private, on-device personal tracker. It stores everything on your device and collects nothing. This page explains, in plain terms, how the app handles your information.
Information Collection and Use
Sundry does not collect, transmit, or store your personal information on any server. Everything you enter — your trackers, values, notes, tags and settings — is saved only in a private database on your device.
- There is no account and no sign-up. You do not give us a name, email, or password.
- We do not collect usage data, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, location, or contacts.
- We operate no servers that receive your data, and we have no way to see, access, or recover it.
Analytics, Advertising and Tracking
Sundry contains no analytics, no crash-reporting SDKs, no advertising, and no third-party trackers. No third-party service receives information about you or your use of the app. On the App Store privacy label this corresponds to “Data Not Collected”.
Permissions
The app asks for a few device permissions, each used locally on your device for a feature you choose to use — never to collect or send data:

| File access | Only so you can export your data to a file, or import a backup file that you select. The app accesses only the files you explicitly choose. |
Export and Backup
You can export your data (CSV or JSON) and create an optional encrypted backup. These actions happen only when you start them, and only to the destination you choose (for example, a file, or your own iCloud / Google Drive). Nothing is uploaded automatically. An encrypted backup is protected with a passphrase that you set and that only you know.
Data Sharing
Your data is never sold, shared, or sent to us or to any third party. Because nothing leaves your device unless you deliberately export or share it, there is nothing for us to disclose.
Data Retention and Deletion
Your data remains on your device for as long as you keep it. You can delete individual entries or trackers in the app at any time, and deleting the app removes its data from your device. We do not hold any copy of your data, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete on our side.
Security
Your information is stored locally on your device. You can protect the app with an optional PIN or biometric lock, and protect exported backups with a passphrase. As with any app, keeping your device and its screen lock secure is the best way to protect your data.
Children’s Privacy
Sundry does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. The app is not directed to children under the age of 13. Since no information is collected or transmitted, no personal data of a child is ever received by us.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date below will be updated. You are advised to review this page periodically.
